Our workshops are dedicated to exploring platonic touch only. A hug is simply a hug - nothing more. You always have the right to choose who, how, when, and where you are touched.
We create a space that is safe, respectful, and caring. This includes having the courage to express what you want and the openness to hear the response. You might hear or say: yes, no, maybe, pause, or yes please. All of these are welcome here, and we encourage everyone to relate to them without taking things personally.
Clear communication and mutual agreement are essential. If someone makes a request that doesn’t feel right to you, take a moment to pause, breathe, and ask yourself: How does this feel for me? You are always welcome to say 'no' or 'not right now', observe quietly or participate in whatever way feels right for you.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as our events follow a structured format. To ensure a safe and settled space for everyone, doors will close at 2.00 pm and we cannot admit latecomers after this point.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give 7 days notice. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.
We do our best to maintain a gender balance, so early bookings and timely communication really help us manage the flow and energy of the event.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, and your contributions allow us to continue, grow, and offer more to the community.
The team all volunteer to make these events happen. All the profits go back into the organisation.
