We create a place where you can drop the 'armour' you have to wear in life. You can authentically be yourself. This is a place where all your emotions are welcome. You get to explore your relationship with yourself and therefore you improve your relationships with others. We enjoy practicing social communication, we practice asking for what we want and negotiating the kind of contact we seek. We set boundaries that are always respected. If the boundaries are not respected, the person who transgressed will be asked to leave and they will not be allowed back. This is a very healing place, and the people who attend are genuinely lovely, caring people who respect your choices and your space.
If you have ever experienced any form of physical violence, sometimes the most effective way to heal, is to have your body gently caressed and comforted. Embrace Therapy is a very powerful healing modality that is our first love language. We allow ourselves to go back to our primary need for connection, love and belonging.

We have a sliding scale of charges so please give generously if you can. Ticket prices are: £55.00 for a generous supporter ticket, £45.00, £35.00 for a standard priced ticket, £25.00, £15.00. We have recently reduced our female and non binary tickets to £10.00. We created a primarily female Donation ticket, where you pay what you can, or be as generous as you like to help support our work!
There are also a few free female gender balance helper tickets and

This is not a dating site. Please arrive on time, this is not a drop in session. Doors open at 1.45pm for a 2pm start. Doors will close at 2.00pm and there will be no admittance after this time. We finish around 5.15pm finish, exit by 5.45pm. Please add these dates to your diary to make sure that you don't miss out!
