Meet Joy – Our Puppy-Dog Therapist in Training 🐾
Joy is a friendly Labradoodle puppy dog and she is our group’s most beloved meeter and greeter. She’s currently in therapy dog training and already brings smiles, comfort, and a whole lot of tail wags to everyone she meets. Just a gentle heads-up: keep an eye on your shoes and socks—Joy loves a game of “chase me, chase me!”
If you're looking for comforting, caring connection, but aren’t quite ready for human touch, Joy is here for you. We’re proud to be the only group of our kind that includes pet therapy with a hypoallergenic Labradoodle, a breed known for its gentle and intuitive nature.
For first-time participants who may feel nervous, Joy often senses this and offers soft, reassuring presence—whether it’s sitting nearby or giving a friendly lick (she’s the only team member allowed to give kisses!).
Joy is small to medium-sized, affectionate, and very well socialised. She loves to welcome guests with her playful and calming energy.
